The IH80-50-315 stainless steel centrifugal pump is a chemical centrifugal pump independently developed and manufactured by Anhui Wolong Pump & Valve Co., Ltd. The pump casing, impeller and flow-through parts are all cast from high-quality 304 stainless steel, featuring excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance, rust-proof performance and hygienic medium conveying capacity, effectively avoiding medium contamination.
This pump model is equipped with a 11kW standard motor, with a rated flow rate of 25m³/h, head of 32m and rotational speed of 1450r/min. Optimized hydraulic flow channel design greatly reduces fluid resistance loss, realizing high operation efficiency, low vibration and low noise during long-term continuous operation. The mechanical seal structure is stable and reliable, effectively preventing liquid leakage, and the equipment is marked with a no dry-running warning to extend the service life of sealing components and the whole pump.

Q: The nameplate marks "No Dry Running". What damage will dry running cause to the pump?
A: Without liquid lubrication and cooling, the mechanical seal will burn out and leak liquid quickly. In severe cases, the impeller and pump casing will be worn, greatly shortening the service life of the whole pump.
